Show you properties without regard to race, creed, sex, religion, national origin, or any other form of prejudice.
Research each property to discover all relevant data such as taxes, zoning and/or listing history.
Accompany any home inspector (or other individual) you select, if you are unable to do so, to act as your eyes and ears.
Assist you in preparing a purchase agreement, deciding on a price and terms, and act as your negotiator to achieve that agreement which is in your best interest.
Upon acceptance of any offer, monitor all steps involved in bringing the sale to a speedy close.
Keep confidential our dealings and otherwise carry out the terms of our duties as explained in the Buyer Agent Disclosure. (Relationships in Real Estate.)
Carry out the terms for the time specified in the Agreement to Locate Property.
Keep you informed throughout the entire process and maintain records for your possible future needs (i.e., taxes).
If you feel that we are not abiding by this Pledge, you have the right to “fire” us notwithstanding any other Agreement between us.
